Mental health & addiction treatment
Whatever brings you to The Emerald anxiety, depression, trauma, burnout, or dependency on drugs or alcohol treatment starts the same way: a full clinical assessment, not a checklist. From there, every programme draws on the same core structure of individual therapy, group work, psychiatric care, and holistic practice, shaped around your specific condition.
The Same Foundation, For Every Condition We Treat
Every client is assessed by a clinician on arrival and given a case formulation built for them not a fixed protocol assigned by diagnosis. From there, four things stay constant across every condition we treat:
Individual Therapy
At least two 1:1 sessions a week with your focal therapist, a clinical psychologist or psychotherapist.
Psychiatric Oversight
Assessment, consultation, and medication management from our onsite psychiatrist, for as long as it's needed.
Group Work
Structured psychoeducation, process, and focused group sessions, Monday to Friday.
Holistic Care
Mindfulness, creative therapy, physical activity, and yoga, supporting recovery beyond the therapy room.
Conditions we treat at The Emerald
Each condition below follows the same evidence-based process, adapted to what that condition actually needs.
